     The Voices Peer Ministry Team is comprised of Sophomores through Seniors who work hand and hand with the Youth Minister to help design and implement youth group programs.  They are a select group of teens who, after an initial application and review consideration process, are chosen based on their dedication to their Faith and commitment to Voices.   The two adult co-leaders help to run meetings, meet individually with the peer ministers and also plan upcoming activities.

     Peer Ministers meet on a monthly basis to discuss and plan upcoming events.  They often will be called upon to lead small and large group discussions, witness in front of other teens and share their own Faith and life experiences.

     One of the roles of a Peer Minister is to be available to anyone who needs advice, help, guidance or just an ear to listen.  Feel free to E-mail myself, Jeff, the Youth Minister at Jeff@stvoices.org, and I will forward it on to one of them...or just approach them the next time you see them.
