   The Voices Peer Ministry Team is comprised of Sophomores through Seniors who work hand and hand with the Youth Minister to help design and implement youth group programs.  They are a select group of teens who, after an initial application and review consideration process, are chosen based on their dedication to their Faith and commitment to Voices.  

     Each year the Peer Ministers attend an initial training retreat at the end of the summer to help develop skills in the areas of witnessing their own faith stories, leading small and large group discussions and listening and counseling techniques.  Peer Ministers meet on a monthly basis to discuss and plan upcoming events, as well as to continue their training. 

     One of the roles of a Peer Minister is to be available to anyone who needs advice, help, guidance or just an ear to listen.  If you would like to talk to one of the Peer Ministers, feel free to E-mail myself, Jeff, the Youth Minister at Jeff@stvoices.org, and I will forward it on to one of them...or just approach one of them the next time you see one.
